On a one to ten scale what do you suggest one’s grip and wrist pressure?

U r also very stable over the ball w weight mostly on front leg (stack and tilt) which promotes full rotation and club stability…
Hybrid went from 86mph to 93. 8iron from 150 to 167 yards. Tried this for the last half hour in the sim, body has to rotate a lot more than I’m used to, to get the arms straight to the target. I’m hoping this isn’t just a swing thought that stops working in a couple of days, fingers crossed

Good drills. The second drill really helps you use your left leg as a power source because you naturally push into the ground and straighten the leg when you put the brakes on to stop at 3 o’clock.
There is so much emphasis on getting weight to the left side that a lot of golfers are moving their entire body and head left and getting way ahead of the ball. I’d like to see a video addressing this. Thanks
Its not often I comment on instructional videos. However as I was heading to the range anyway, I thought I'd watch and implement….wow, what a difference. (by and large) straighter and certainly longer shots with irons…didn't try with woods just yet. Amazing how addictive it became. PW from 130 to 142 average within 3 swings……thanks mate!
So no follow thru around the body? Stinger like punch shots,? Or practice this and then a full swing,?

Executed on Tuesday, shot 78, only 2 missed shots, everything else was crisp. Great warm up drill.
How do you get the sensation of being wide without chicken winging it?
Easier said than done. I’ve been working on this for 60 years and still comes and goes.
