I use to run dwn on Bobby Hurley growing up in Jersey City n Lincoln Park his Dad wanted me to attend St.Anthonys but I couldn't keep my grades up there was alpt of talent in those. Pickup games
So their not gonna mention the years Danny coached at St Benedict's Prep. Being JR Smith's high school coach and going head to head with his dad for the top spot in NJ hoops for almost a decade

Went to St Benedict’s. Hurley was quite the character. One of my favorites. Earned an A in his history class 😅. So happy for him. Great guy.

I used to hate Bobby, as a player, because I couldn't understand how he was so good. Much respect to the Hurley family. Hope Danny gets the untimate redemption by winning a national championship next week, like his brother Bobby. What a cycle.
