  1. Always wondered if the insert on the Callaway ( and other makes) is an insert and not a stuck on piece of plastic that softens the impact of the ball. Be interesting to cut a putter in half

  2. My understanding of face balance putter is that they are for people with a very flat arc swing. If your putter swing has pronounced arc you are better off with a toe hang putter. Nothing to do with keeping the face square like you said in the video.

  3. I've just got back from a round, my putting was awful, i probably need to practice or get to the course earlier to warm up with the putter but I use a ping fetch 2021, it's a nice putter shame the user is useless

  4. You’re going to have to change the name of your channel soon if you carry on joking them like that !

  5. Do you find the Mezz a better putter for longer distance putts and just average for shorter (4ft ish) putts

  6. After watching your channel a few months ago I went for a Mezz LAB golf putter. My putting is much better with it. 28 putts last week for a 36 points despite only 5 GIR 😊

  7. I am playing the Mezz 1 Max for a few months now. A few rounds per week. And seriously training with it too. I gotta say, although its still in the bag, after the honeymoon is over, it is no miracle club or holy grail. I like it but a bit like the awfull ChipR (sold it after 2 weeks) it is much overhyped. Its easy to stroke straight as advertised. However lagging is very very hard and inconsistend. As it can be very hot off the face. It seems the aluminium used for the face is less responsive with less feel compared to steel faces or inserts. On non US perfect greens, like in Europe and UK with less sunny perfect greens it is easy to race past the hole on short puts more than you like. Resulting in leaving more puts short or a tad too slow out of fear to race it past and 3 put. If speed and line are perfect the roll is very good and it holds the line like a train. My one cent, it is a beautiful putter, total feel and looks are nice,, price is crazy and it might get you some result on shorter puts. But not guaranteed. However speed control is difficult and striking the sweetspot can result in bullets passing by the hole. So, ehh kinda like some other putters.

  8. It’s good that there-are styles of putters to help players who have a problem in that area of there game. Imo, you can’t beat the feel/results that a carbon steel putter provides. My Bettinardi BB1 is the best for me, followed by the older solid milled block of steel that Scotty Cameron used to mke,ie Newport Studio Select, sans insert. Believe it or not, Sub70 puts out a nice feeling carbon steel milled model, known as the Sycamore, which is $$$ less than the more popular names out there today. It might be a good idea for some players to seek out a used Bettinardi/Cameron or give the Sub70 milled putters, as it’s not much beneath the other 2 I mentioned before…

  9. i really love the mallet style putters, I'm currently gaming the cobra supernova with the sick face. Great putter and very forgiving i'm surprised it didn't make your list

  10. Excellent Video, but seriously you should have named it the Ugliest putter review. They are butt ugly fullstop.

  11. Bought a TM truss putter last year. It looks a little odd, but looks normal when you're over the putt. It's the most forgiving than any putter I've tried.

  12. I LOOKED AWAY ANDY! I LOOKED AWAY! 😉
Unfortunately for me, ive been cursed my entire life with using, and loving, the Old Wilson 8802 Blade Putter… Its all good Andy, and thank you again for an Excellant Video!

  13. I bought the enroll 2 weeks ago and it has improved my putting drastically. It's an arm lock and took some getting used to.

  14. I find the LAB putter story and your talks in various videos about it convincing, BUT if you go to their web site you will find they give Edel Torque balanced putters a very high rating, and I have one, a blade model, fitted for me at his shop in the Austin area by David Edel. I have been using it for about 5 years now. Think I'll save $500 and stay with it.

  15. Now I have not tried all you showed today, but still, the putter I play more
Consistently than any other is the plain ole Ping Answer blade style. Has plenty of toe hang, but I rarely miss. Let’s put it this way, through a round, I have more on putts than two putts with it.

  16. I also watched you with the Mezz and went out and bought one – never looked back….thank you!!
