I just got a Zuca EZ Cart for my birthday and played my first round with it this last weekend. WOW! So much nicer than constantly picking up my bag. Picked the EZ cart cause it holds my bag up higher off the ground and the discs are way easier to reach.
Great video as usual I won a zuca and didn't have the money for a proper bag so I build one with stuff I had in the garage and it was all free. Working on a plexiglass holder for the top in the storage compartment so I can use to charge glow disc. A friend just sent me the led lights that run off of batteries the video is up now. I don't have this quality of video though haha cheers
Carts seem so clunky and cumbersome to haul around.
Good arguments but I've resisted as half the courses available to me are too rugged and the extra cargo space required for hauling and storing a cart.
Great video, some carts are a little expensive, but it was well worth it to me. I absolutely love my cart. I can take all my crap, including bigger selection of discs, a small cooler, retrievers, and my umbrella when needed. I can even put umbrella on my handle, so I can sit on my cart and not get wet, when it rains.
I’m sorry, but I think it’s kind of ridiculous that you are suggesting you will improve your game solely by using a disc golf cart. Personally, I think there are way more advantages to a quality bag than a cart. They are more difficult to transport, they are more difficult to move around, unless you are on a path or golf green, you can’t use them in the snow. If you are the kind of person who loves the ball golf open field courses, maybe a cart is great for you, but that’s just not fun disc golf to me I like the woods, and nothing beats a backpack in the woods.
Im going to have to disagree with the majority of this video. im in my 40s can carry a fully loaded grip bag (largest one they make). I have never thought that taking my bag on and off was tiresome or bad on my body. The reason golfers use them is because their clubs are mostly heavy metal. I only got a cart for something to sit on and hold my umbrella. I dont see myself using it any other time than long touneys or in the rain. I used it this weekend at my 1st tourney and again in the 1st round i wish i just had my bag in the second round, it was nice to sit on.

I’ve been using a Zuca cart for the last 2 years. And now recently I’ve been carrying my bag from time to time and I feel like I play better without the cart. But the bending over to get my bag is getting old….
Used strollers work really well too, and a lot cheaper to buy
Most top pros don’t have a cart,that tells you how important they are.
Started with a cart during covid. Found I wasn't as tired after rounds ( always getting older) and gave me a seat appropriate distance from others.
My bag with 12 discs and the basic stuff I feel I need comes in at 7.8 pounds. And I probably don’t even need all 12 discs to play a round. That said, if I come across a jogging stroller at a yard sale, I might be tempted to convert.
I use a cart for supermarket: two wheels, height 1 m, for 18-20 discs up (with placement for waterbottle, and with a pocket behind), and just in case 25-27 discs under the first 20. It costs 30 € 😁
Won't work most courses where I play , too hilly
I bought my ZUCA Compact Cart a year and a half ago and nothing's made my life easier playing disc golf than that. It's given me much more functionality and storage, a place to sit, and has also been a life-saver for content creation. It's even used as a type of tripod for my GoPro. One other thing: my friend Sean and I each have one, and we can put them both in either of our trunks, so it's no problem bringing them anywhere.
I carry the bag for the extra workout especially on courses you have to hike.
I hated the cart experience. To each his own I guess.
