Welcome back to another fitting at American Golf and this time it’s for my driver!

Hope you enjoy, Gaz!

  1. Stick with the tsr2! But you need to try the ventus TR red in an X flex. You need a firm handle and soft tip to square the face up.

  2. Changed to G425 last year and dropped over 5 shots in the season! The forgiveness is ridiculous.

  3. Tricky decision. I'm also right bias on driver, straight with irons. Interested to see what you settle on and why. I'm on Mizuno STX at the moment which hits loads more fairways, but at cost of about 10 yards.

  4. I've got the original Stealth with HZRDUS handcrafted 60g stiff, going for a fitting at PXG as, well, I need something that's more forgiving 😂

  5. Have you ever tried to swing like The Big Easy? You properly try and kill the ball every swing 😂

  6. Bro your worst then me, you change your equipment more then I do haha and I’m shocking I got different shit every few weeks

New 430. Lst is a awesome driver this year … I can’t sell it even tho I’ve got a stealth 2 plus as well … if the lst had the ball speed the stealth 2 does it would be unbeatable

  7. I went for a fitting last month after getting a new driver last year, Rogue ST Max

Hit all the new ones and not one was better then last year 👀

  8. Gaz the ping for me is the best driver of this year for me I’ve tested them all and I’ve gained 12mph ball speed and 25 yards it’s going in my bag

  9. Very impressive Driver swing speed, are you still swing speed training. Also do you remember your old swing speed when you was first able to record swing speed?

  10. I had a driver fitting last year. I tried 3 drivers, the stealth, Ping G430 and the Callaway rouge ST. Didn't get on with the stealth at all, I went for the callaway in the end as I just love how they look and I was getting good results. But my dispersion with the Ping was unreal, I knew every time I went up to hit the ball it would go straight down the middle. Great for confidence, once you get used to it you could rip it as far as your TSR2 I reckon.

  11. Gaz, have a swing with the Srixon ZX7 MK2, it has movable weights, and it impressed me. Great sound, like the Titleist TS, TSi, TSR range.
I still game the TS3 which delivers what I need. Until something comes in that is better and delivers as well, it will stay in the bag.

  12. I think you need to finish in balance. You try to kill every shot. Learn to hit it 90% in balance every time. Then you will get some consistency. Golf is about control. Distance is important. But not nearly as important as accuracy. I would MUCH rather be a club or two back in the fairway, than long but behind a tree or in the rough. Stop swinging out of your shoes man. Get your body in control with normal swing speeds. Then when you get after one, you will be much more in control. And then you can easily make adjustments to get the club moving on the correct path. Your correct path is the all important draw. Most good pros prefer to hit it straight with touch of fade. Because it is more consistent. The power hitters always end up with the dreaded snap hook. The more you practice a bad swing, the longer it takes to get rid of the bad swing habit. You remind me of me when I was learning. If I could go back in time…

  13. Gaz needs to stop with the click bait titles never seen the use of the phase “can’t believe” so much in my life what’s not believe…… you pick the most popular clubs out there then go on like your shocked……. Be more original Jesus
