  1. That was a fkng clean, proper 70s curl. People have insane expectations. Most I've curled for 8 is 45s and that I would call not proper control so most I try going is the 40s.

  2. I recently hit a plateau with 60s so I switched to doing slow and controlled, 3 sets of 20 (I count each arm separately, so 10 pairs) using 50s. I think the fact that I train biceps everyday though might be the reason behind the plateau.

  3. I have always had pretty strong biceps and there kinda overdeveloped campared to other muscle groups of mine and im able to curl 30lb each arm and im only 17 training for about a 8 months

  4. Curling 60's . . . . . Wow if I get to curling 35's that's Saiyan level for me if I get to 45 after that then for me it's GoD LeveL status LoL then it's onnnnn💯💢💢💢💢🔌

  5. When lifting that much way primarily when you pick up, are you focused on isolation or compound?
