We thought it best to take a step back from the “deep dive” into the weeds style format on specifics of the golf swing, and give you all something to work with in the golf swing from the bird’s eye view. If you’re trying to better your golf swing and are looking for a place to begin, this is the video for you.

  1. Great info. I’m working with the Milo system. Love the similarities. I wish I had this info when I was young. 64 and was very handsy. Sucked club inside. Your info is right on. I have the backswing under control. Working on transition and lowering. Your explanation on how lowering and keeping room via rotation was very helpful.

  2. good content 🙂 , I have reduced strength in my left arm (from banged up neck) , so I need to use ground pressure to "kick" my left arm to lift… some tips for this kind of body mekanics ?

  3. This is so good! One question I have is shots where you use the clock system do the arms work the same example lead arm is at 9:00. I believe this where my lead arm gets trapped across my chest. Thanks

  4. Been following you guys on IG for a while now, happy to see you posting some longer form content on YouTube. Keep it comin! 😄

  5. So good! Keep it up. Again – can't wait for the next episode (and for the outdoor season in Sweden to start)! 💪

  6. Great video. That said, when I look at the inside takeaways of Sam Snead and Bobby Jones, I'm not sure about your "club is designed to go over the plane on the backswing" theory.

  7. such a fresh idea about the 3 systems. Need more time to digest but it seems tasty. Great job folks.

  8. I love how simple you guys like to keep the learning process. I can remember when getting instruction in the 90s, 2000s it was all about the "secret move". Golf instruction was treated like Bass fishing and not letting people know your technique or spot to fish. Bottom line is – you and your body have to learn to move athletic and make athletic moves. Thanks for getting these going! Good luck!

  9. Thank you for the free info you put out there. I had the aha moment and never have I hit so many flushers in a row. 😅😂.

  10. Another awesome video to learn by. Thank you! Do you ever do freezers from the top to work on that drop the hips and chest rotation down around and out?..provided backswing is in a good place? What are some good things to look for when we film our own swing from dtl and face on? How much does the club really need to shallow if you draw shaft plane lines? Thanks fellas

  11. Love the knowledge! Easy to understand. For me the challenge is relearning 25 years of muscle memory, but knowing where to focus is a big help!

  12. What allows or makes the chest rotate away in downswing. Understand down and away for club but not sure of chest motion

  13. You have a gift for teaching golf . Thanks for the breakdown think it applys to all styles of golfswing.

  14. The concept of extension instead of turning in the downswing really speaks to me. I used to play baseball when I was younger and really struggled with extension instead of turning. Now with golf, it really speaks to why I'm flipping at impact and not completing my turn. I'm really looking forward to understand why the F causes me to extended instead of turning (because I completely understand both movements, but can't seem to shake off extension)

  15. With the lower body action described in this video, how is there a sufficient shift of pressure to the left toe/heel for the post up?

  16. Great overview video pulling all the Instagram clips together! One question, what powers the sternum turn in transition? Is it the lead hip pulling the chest open due to pressure in the lead foot pushing the lead hip back?

  17. Appreciate your ability to describe this system in a detailed manner yet such that it all makes sense on the how and why
Early extension has always been my struggle and I have never heard the fix described in this fashion
    Many thanks

  18. I am not new to the game but the last approx 10 minutes about lifting of the arms and chest rotation are absolute money!

  19. I'd like to propose a topic for a video! How to self diagnose when the swing is off and the shots are bad. Is there a structured process you guys can recommend? I just spend time at the range and experiment with different fixes, but it doesn't always work. But when it happens on the golf course it becomes very frustrating.

  20. Early extension and coming over the top is my kryptonite, watching this gives me hope that I can improve my game.

  21. Blowing up the swing and trying to learn this system. Does just lifting the lead arm, with a soft right elbow, and rotating, should the trail wrist extension happen naturally? Thanks!

  22. So happy you guys have added YouTube to your social media platforms of instruction. Clear, succinct, understandable presentation of essential swing fundamentals. Thank you so much for creating and sharing. 👊👊

  23. As a self proclaimed "student of the swing", you guys put really provide a simple breakdown that adds context to the rest of the videos on YouTube.

  24. Best explanation of mechanics I have seen. How about drills to ingrain each piece and drills to blend the pieces?

  25. How come I've never seen you two before, brilliant content and I've seen most.Great way to teach golf, thanks 😉👍

  26. Another amazing video. Hard to find instruction on body moves/mechanics that is as clear and well explained as this! Thank you!

  27. Great video! I only watch videos from Elite Golf. In the transition and downswing I struggle with tilting, rather than bending, is there any feels and concepts that may help with this?
