Really good instruction! I will try it at the range tomorrow. Thanks guys!
I agree 👇🏻. Really great lesson!!!!
🙌
Never knew what sequence and separation was all about until this video. So many people throw these terms around loosely and carelessly. Very helpful video to give meaning to those terms. So critical to understanding the swing.
Some of your content is way too hard. End up on the practice trying to recreate this stuff….Just isn't for me. More fun to just play and enjoy. If I get out of sync, just have the teaching pro at the club take a look.
Absolutely brilliant, and totally agree with the tuition, however as a 66 year young woman with arthritis, I’m doubtful that my body will thank me for trying this.
Interesting, thanks!
🏴👍
$20 says Eric is breaking down everything wrong with the old dude in the background swing lol
Excellent vid not sure if he can drive yet but he knows his stuff Great explanations
Knowledge is not the first thing that comes along, trying typically is the initiator. What I’m saying is instructors didn’t exist until someone smacked a walnut with a stick. For a long time I was taught too much motion was bad, wow has that changed; weight from balanced to back leg and to lead leg before club ventures in the direction of the ball/target line. Arms get to follow lower body motion. Thats why we differ… understanding.
The Hanger training aid. Is a slight cup ok depending on your grip type? Thought I heard a slight cup is ok with a strong grip?
Great collaboration! Glad to see Trevor was able to buy some real golf attire 😂
Eric, we gonna see you in the GG tournament?! 😊
Great movement explanations. I would like to see a follow up. It’s almost impossible to move like this with hands, arms and club not in front of you in backswing. Nearly all us mere mortals have poor backswings
I bet Eric has a killer robot dance move 😆
Hey Eric I have been a subscriber for some time now and really enjoy your content. Where are you located for in person instruction?
How’s this move on your lower back??
Great lesson. Can’t wait to try at driving range
finally a video that explained this so well! thank you!
Be the ball, Danny
I'm sure this works better with a $wing coach standing next to you. For the average YT viewer, adding more thoughts to the process like pelvis, rib cage, shoulders, side bend, wrists, timing etc are just adding to the confusion. The one thing I took from this is RELAXATION, which is a concept I always struggle with, especially after a few bad shots.
Nice video thank you. I notice in the drill the feel by holding the lead shoulder is that it does not really move much while the separation is taking place in the downswing. In the videos of the actual swing there is a big upward movement of the lead shoulder. Could you please explain the element. Thank you.
DAMN, you guys are like the dynamic duo! Love these new vids!! Exactly what I've been working on lately, and this makes it so SO much easier to not only visualize but also to have some nice little nuggets to keep in mind while on the course.
I can't hear and read not longer why "amateurs" can't swing like pros. That's a stupid expression. I'm a amateur and i never lost a game against a professional! Every good amateur plays better than the PGA pro in his Club because he has to teach others and no time for playing self. Every man who played some cards 5 over or better can become a PGA pro – ro win the championship in a old golf club you have to play four rounds 4 over or better im stroke play. Yes, playing professionals are better players, they practice day and night. But good amateurs also have a good swing! Your definition of "amateur" is total wrong!
Too much reputation of the same old same old ,we got it the first time . Please condense some of these videos into factual lessons. Just too long and repetitious, thanks but no thanks . Please move on .
Better approach to the start of the swing and keeping in mind limitations of amateurs. Great video
