Gotta take the best OL/DL on the board. Whoever is graded highest. If its a tossup between a few guys, I would lean towards Oline. If Carter is on the board that would be awfully tempting though. I think getting the oline right this year should be priority. They will be toward the top in cap space again next offseason with draft capital. Get the oline right this year and by next season the offense should be on point and with the cap space and picks you then put in the final pieces for a top 10 defense and were contending next season. This season should be fun though. Easy schedule. I think their floor could be 6-7 wins and ceiling around 9 maybe 10 with a shot at the last wild card spot

Absolutely a Left Tackle at 9, not even close. We need to join the 21st century and prioritize the offense and our QB's development!

I get o-line is a major need, but go for the best player on the board. I don't see the value of an O-line at number 9. So much talent available at number 9. Hell, its hard enough to know that the Bears will probably pass on Bijan. I think he's the most talented in the draft. Then again, I miss the hell out of Walter Payton.
Hell no They missing Jax My boy not to sold on Claypool and Mooney they lack creating space it will be a problem to see Fields and Njigba thatโs like The bengals then go grab a edge and Oline right now we need that Chris olave, Justin Jefferson Garrett wilson type of star power when we step in the Building we donโt need the best Oline or edge Just someone thatโs better than what we Have

Safest choice for Poles imo. Not many can question the pick even if it doesn't work out. If he goes w more risky choice , which I'm also not opposed to (Van Ness , Kancey , CB maybe , even Jalen Carter if he drops ) they are all in the latter category.
If Iโm Poles and someone wants to give me an offer like the Bears did when they moved up from 20 to 11 to get Justin Iโm trading down. Could you imagine having three # 1 picks in next years draft? If no offer stick with the plan and take the best available.

First, Jimmy Johnson said the "best player on the board" approach is a terrible way to draft. I may not care for him but he did build a winning team through the draft. Next, I don't think RT is the greatest need because the Bears may already have their guy in Teven Jenkins. In the draft I'd go after a guy who fits the team best and that is, if available, either Devon Witherspoon or Lukas Van Ness. Then later in the draft at #61 & #64 I'd draft Derick Hall ED and Keion White (move to 3 Tech).

Jenkins is ranked the 3rd best Guard in the League by pff.. even if they are off a little, there is no room for the Skoronskiโฆ to play Guard on the team..Jenkins College tackle tape looks better than Skoronski's tape and his arms are longer than Skoronski's arms, and even they are considered short for a NFL tackle. Bears draft Dline at 9 or one of the top 2 CBs in the draft..
