I like the video and what the instructor is doing when he holds the position at the top. But i screen shot the top of both swings and the kid looks the same …. No triangle… I guess he just wants the feel.
It's crazy how one little move helps your contact. At my lesson today we changed my grip where all 4 of my knuckles were showing on the lead hand and the trail hand was under more and both thumbs more to the right. I was hearing that beautiful contact sound way more after that.
Thanks very much for this, my back swing gets pinned behind me and looks really low. I will be working on the triangle and taking hands back straight down feet.
