New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy holds a press conference on the Covid-19 outbreak, which has infected more than 116,365 people in the state. New Jersey has the second most cases in the U.S., behind New York, which now has 299,691 cases, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Murphy said Wednesday he’s reopening the state’s parks, golf courses and county parks on Saturday, but visitors will still need to follow social distancing rules.
