  1. When I was training clients in my gym, I always used this very golf thought process to emphasize the point of preparedness for each and every lift. The importance of not only a pre lift routine, but moving something efficiently from A-B, with correct form and movement leads to better results. This is such an important teaching point for beginners 👏

  2. Mark, when you aim left or right of target to fade/draw the ball. How far are you aiming? When I setup for my normal shot shape (fade), it's difficult for me to aim 15 yards right, b/c it looks so far when you're 150 yards out. When I get to the green, I see it's not that far and it's just my eyes or mind playing tricks on me. I'm curious how far you are actually aiming left or right based on your shot shape.

  3. The only pre swing thought that ahs stayed constant through the years is "strike this solid". There have been other things to influence shape/height etc but strike has always and will always remain a constant.
This does hold back my driver distance though – I need to train my subconscious to hit it further at the risk of scattered contact. I always return to solid strike with driver – because it is so much more reliable and efficient…. The never ending internal struggle.
