  1. something i would love and i bet a lot of other people would to is if you showed what balls you were using. i love your bowling keep grinding

  2. Thak you so much for this insight into what's the next move for the next block what to do what's the game plan in the head of the world's greatest bowler! Truly enjoying this content!

  3. You think it’s worse for people that are used to being high and then the lows or the people who rarely taste the highs to deal with the lows.. or the highs for that matter?

  4. Didn't get to see ur round three performance but from the looks of it , You woke up on the right side of the bed – given hell Belmo , tournament wouldn't be the same if u wasn't competing!

  5. Your last two videos are simply the two best bowling videos I’ve ever seen. Invaluable insight into the best of the best, and the mental game. It’s poetry. Wish you the best of luck with the tournament and looking forward to more great content on this channel. Thank you.

  6. Glad to see you in the top 24. Props to your videographer and edited as well!!! Keep it going, both on the lanes and with the content

  7. It's tough when you can't bowl just for the love of the game.
Every Saturday morning me and Strike3 bowl ten games just to smash some pins. : )

  8. Thank you for gifting this to all your fans belmo. Your story and passion for the sport continues to inspire so many people!

  9. I would love to get a text from my mom.. She passed years ago… Those are the best texts.

  10. Five Guys.. the ultimate 2500 calorie Hamburger.. (yes with large fries and a double)

  11. Dude @13:25 I feel that. I know I’m just an amateur but I get stuck in the same thing at tournaments. My A game is standing left and throwing it out right and for some reason I always get into trying to soft hand it or powering through with speed instead of just moving left into that comfort zone. Either way great video and congrats on getting into the cut!

  12. 9:25 Oh I totally disagree that how you respond to tough moments like that "tells you who you are." How you react – internally and externally – to these sorts of adversity is a Trainable Skill rather than something etched into you from birth. And it is definitely a skill worth training, moreso than any "drill" you're going to do on the approach.

  13. Thank you Jason for sharing your day with us. Yes you struggled some… but hey… that's just the nature of our sport. Be who you know you are… Be who we think you are… the greatest Dad… the greatest Husband… the greatest Competitor… and do what you do…. Bowl Lights Out! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

  14. I showed this video to my son who was feeling down because he bowled a 289 and then a 189 and a 129 at high school state tournament. Thank you for showing the kids that even the pros have off days!!!

  15. A very honest and interesting behind the scenes, it is just so hard when you seem to be doing everything you need to do but the results just are not there.
Jason has a lot of detractors as I guess all professional sports people do, but few people would be willing to show how vulnerable they are.
    Hat's off Sir

  16. Love the content, Jason! Definitely keep it up and would love to see some educational/informational content in the future!

  17. Belmo, your monologue in the hotel room is easily the best representation and explanation of the champion's mindset I've ever seen! What a great lesson for everyone. I've always respected you but now you've earned another fan for life! Thank you!

  18. Saw this after Day 3 post and the change in resolve, determination, you can't underestimate Belmo's mental state to see what he finished at.

  19. Love the raw honesty, insight, and thought process in real time. Great view into the mind of a pro and what you go through. Somewhat comforting to know even the best get frustrated at times. We can all relate to that!

  20. Excellent video tutorial on the mental/emotional aspects of performance highs and lows. Good life lessons here!

  21. Great to meet you as a human being. Not easy to be vulnerable, you wear it well. You have always been a great bowler. Thank you for sharing yourself. You will never be alone on the lanes.

  22. The greatest day of my life was the day I finally got to meet you…the most humble champion you could ever meet. I started bowling at age 45 and I owe it all to you, thank you for bringing 2 handed bowling to the masses. I hope you realize just how many of us are behind you…

  23. Jason, we all have days when things are not going well for us on the lanes. I respect your self evaluation positive attitude! Hearing and seeing you go through this all is beneficial to me to try and emulate your efforts in my experience! Thank you so much for filming and posting this for anyone to witness! Best of luck to you going forward!
