😁👍
Love this concept, definitely think this would help me
Is that something that’s effective with driver and woods ?
Great content 👏🏻
That’s my homework assignment for tonight’s simulator practice. 👍🏻
Thanks 😊, I will try it
I have been on a two year quest to find a repeatable swing that won't tear up my 68 year old body. Finding your channel a few months ago has helped me substantially. My biggest challenge (due to my age) is to be able to continue turning my right shoulder past impact. But I'm working on it and I feel your method produces the most consistent results for me. I have gone from shooting around 90 to low mid 80's and I'm absolutely certain, I can get below 80 consistently with the instruction you have provided. Thank you!
Another Great video… I have had this feeling off and on, but didnt understand what I was doing in the swing. When I feel the right shoulder engaged like you've described , I'm striking the ball like a tour player…lmao
Very, very interesting "feel". I like this!
You're a hell of a teacher. I love your excellent, practical, easy to understand tips, and above all I love your passion!
It’s important to note that, although you shift weight, your head doesn’t move in front of the ball, which is a killer for OTT. I also really like that drill with the forward ball, that you showed recently.
In just two days of watching your videos, I am crushing the ball better than ever before. Golf instruction can be a rabbit hole us amateurs never get out of! I heard you say in one of your other videos that there are the two camps…..roll the wrists and what you share in this video….right shoulder down and rotation. I like this one! Lol! Great job and really want to thank you!
Should the clubshaft still be in a line with the left arm after impact until left foot?
Jonathon never fails to deliver
I really like your channel. Do you have a follow through video/drill? I am struggling post contact.
This is a great way of explaining the feel thanks Jonathon
This type of feal/thought about positions and timing is excatly how I like to learn about the golf swing. My confidence in ball striking has improved since subscibing to your channel. Keep em coming. I assure you that people are being helped!
Wow. You should really be on tour, stop wasting your time telling us poor morals how your method would make it impossible for to hit bad shot. You should be at least no1 in the world.
I'll try it. Thanks
Love this! I struggle with my right shoulder shooting out causing an over the top swing. I will incorporate this feel and drill into my practice routine. Thanks!!!
Can't wait to try this tomorrow
My guy! More on course filming, best golf channel on YouTube
Great suggestion! Thank you!
EXCELLENT VIDEO
This must work with the driver also I’m assuming??
Wow I must try this one excellent video Jonathan!!!!!
Finally a tip that can be remembered on the course!
So good! This trail shoulder move eliminates a multitude of swing sins. As always you’re the best out there!
I do this in my golf swing.. one of the things that also started to help out was a split hand swing it helped me feel a separation of what my club was doing.. and generated 10 to 15 mph on my swing you really feel your right hand coming through the club face with a better right hand extension through the ball.. and I feel more control of the club face and stay on plane a lot better
What happened. Where is the rotation
That's a great feeling / position I need to try out.😀👍
This would help with over the top too.
Great explanation of how our downswing shoulder (right shoulder for a righted handed player)needs to be pointing down on an angle towards the ground, not necessarily at the ball, but in that direction. Cheers.
There are so many out there who seem to just copy others in their instruction, but you and a handful of others have so much more original and truly helpful content. A big Thank you from across the pond
But don’t rush it. Keep your rhythm.
Great video tips
I like this swing thought. Thank you. This builds upon a recent successful swing thought that that’s been working for me. Move my right shoulder to where my left shoulder has just been after turn. This adds commitment to that thought with the concept of beating my hands with that shoulder for full commitment. Stoked!
You just sorted me out. This is an amazing feel
Bonjour est ce que ce conseil vaut aussi pour le drive car j’ai le sentiment que ce n’est pas le même swing que pour les fers ? Merci
Thanks Jc – tried this today
Worked pretty well
Looked like I had more time
Launched my arms at the end
Back to more practice tomorrow
Cheers
