Some good strikes in there! Great content hahah this is an awesome little video. Also, those Sub70s look better and better every time they're on camera.
I did see golfers did this before, but never understand it…. i play semi blades and the backside of the 5i has somthing like loft which helps to play the ball out of trouble with the full face size
Nice but why flip it over instead of just hitting it with the back of the club and stand left rather then right for a punch out??? Then the 5 or 7 would be a better option….?
Good test, thanks. I still think I'd rather carry a single LH club-that way I'd have more "natural" options for getting the shot needed. I've practiced a little bit with a leftie 7 and have been pleased with being able to hit them well-enough.
I have always chosen hi lofted clubs for these kind of shots because of reasons you already mentioned and also when I put it back in my stance with lots of shaft lean it reduces twisting/de-lofting at impact and makes it a lot easier to control trajectory. I practised this a lot in my teens when I worked at the driving range and it has served me well for many years.

Great video! Nice looking rusty heads!
Being a lefty I don't really have That problem

The real answer is the Club Pro Guy Punchout Xe747 club with camel toe technology
Gee I thought that's why we all have the foot wedge! lol Good video and a reminder for us to practice that shot since we all get. Thx!
Where was the ball in your stance, this plays a part too?
Next time I go to the range I'll try to hit a few balls lefty with my PW. Worth practicing just in case!
