  1. Hey! Love y’all’s ideas and seeing you workout while pregnant 🤰.

So the my little one, I loved:
    – baby sling/ carrier, I had a Baby K’tan. So easy to put on.(baby was the best to just have them cuddled up so you have your hands free.)
    – bottle warmer
    -lots of baby/receiving blankets
    – onesies( my daughter lived in these for the first 2 months, it was summer and hot.
    – we didn’t do a changing table, used the reuseable waterproof diaper changing pads, amazing. Still used them during potty training under her sheet as extra protection
    – if you get a pack n play, get the mattress insert too, makes it more comfy and they make sheets for that too.
    – baby monitor

  2. Heads up Tia… your baby will expect and demand the same amount of movement for itself after birth as you are giving it now! You need to think about how you will keep your baby active after birth. You look fantastic. Enjoy the journey 😊

  3. Hey Tia and Shane! Love the content that you put out! Have you considered creating a video about improving lactic threshold? Any short, medium, long term strategies for increasing performance on the echo bike for instance? Is it as simple as ignoring the burn or are there better approaches? Best of luck to you both and the newest member of the family!

  4. Mom of 5, games Athlete 2021 as Masters. Loved hearing you gauge based on body temp 👍
I didn’t do CF until after 5 births but encourage less jumping as weight of baby goes up. It will probably feel fine now but after birth, you may find muscles over taxed and pees problems
Ultimately, enjoy this time, praying for you and you’ll come back even stronger if that’s even possible 😂 for you!! Congratulations

  5. Loved the video! It's great to see you staying fit through your pregnancy journey. Your registry looks great. The one thing that worked great for my little guy (just born NYE) is the nested bean zen one swaddle. It legit increased his sleep from 2-3 hours to 4-5 hours. Also, the coterie diapers are amazing. Good luck!

  6. I would love to go to a baby shower with my husband and I. These transitional years have been real difficult for me. These videos give me amazing hope in fitness and womanhood I have never seen before. Tia definitely sets a standard that should be raising our own.

  7. Tia, how are you finding training whilst pregnant? Are you feeling sluggish or heavier when doing things like skipping? How’s your core, balance, breathing? I’m really interested to see how it has or hasn’t effected your training

  8. LANOLIN! LANOLIN! LANOLIN!!! for the girls (wink!wink!) ESPECIALLY for active moms…. the irritation that happens while nursing (if you decide to nurse) can be VERY distracting! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! SO EXCITED FOR YOU!

  9. You need a changing table, a crib, stroller, car seat, diaper bag for you and one for Shane, and a play pen. Do not get a walker or jumper because they are a complete waste. A bassinet is a complete waste because the baby will grow out of it in a few months. The most important item is changing table because the baby will be a poop machine.

  10. Tia Can you please make a video full day eating/ what you eat during your pregnancy please … 🙏

  11. For the first months you will need a lot of diapers and onesies, they have a lot of "accidents", burp cloths, wipes, a pacifier (some babies like them, some don't), baby drool bibs, teether necklaces, rattles, any toy that makes sounds, baby books or toys that crinkle. A foldable stroller, a baby carry backpack for hikes, an activity center, a baby bouncer or door jumper, tummy time activity mat, a Baby Nutribullet, breast milk storage bags.
    I hope this helps!

  12. It literally makes me so happy to see Tia’s face when she’s talking about feeling baby movements! 🥰

  13. My little guy is 8 weeks old, and I’d say your registry looks great! Be sure to get all of the things you think you’ll need for yourself during early postpartum recovery days and beyond. Personally, I loved pretty much everything in the FridaMom postpartum kit. I’ve also really enjoyed the Earth Mama nipple butter, perineal care balm + spray, and Sitz Bath packets.

Wishing you and Shane nothing but the best during this season of your life!!!

  14. I just now getting into CrossFit and this is super encouraging to see you do the damn thing and pregnant! My husband and I plan on have a second baby in the next two yrs so I know this can be done ! Diapers for the register Huggies for the chunkier babies works the best for my daughter. Sound machine with a night light is must as well. Good luck to your healthy blessing coming your way! You look like you will rock through labor

  15. Tia you are a legend and an inspiration to so many men, women and to motherhood! Keep up the good work! I’m proud of you I’m doing the same ❤

  16. I am super amazed that you can skip rope being that pregnant….that baby is going to be a dynamo from the get go!!!

  17. Highly recommend adding those butt spatulas to the registry & a manual breast pump! We’ve use those little spatulas soooo much for our baby! The manual pump is nice to have as well because sometimes you just need to express a little.

  18. You need baby mittens to keep baby from scratching his face. Baby fingernails grow so fast and are sharp since they’re so thin!

  19. I did CrossFit through both of my pregnancies and I always found it wayyyy easier to workout while I was pregnant than it was when coming back after giving birth. The sleep deprivation, new routine and basically trauma that your body has gone through is a LOT. My one word of advice would be ease your way back in once baby is born. Don’t put too much stress or pressure on yourself bc you will feel enough of that trying to navigate as a new mama. You are absolutely KILLING it! So inspiring ❤

  20. First let me say I think it's awesome to see a champion training even when she's pregnant. My question is do you feel like your form has changed and to you worry your technique will suffer after the baby is born?.
