  1. I still can’t believe the ball was called out at the start 😂 was a sign of things to come! A much much better side in France and a more than dubious ref

  2. It was a great win for France in every sense because all their tries were good tries. They played champagne rugby.

  3. As a Scot it's a joy to watch France play their exciting brand of rugby compared to the boring power game Ireland and to a lesser extent England.

  4. Right now I will be pleased if we get out of our WC group. We have been so lucky with the pool draw and I still dont feel as confident as I should. We are ripe for the taking at the moment. I can only hope we put out full-strength teams for the summer and then play ourselves into form during the pool stages. After that who knows since most of the big boys are grouped together.

  5. France team is made out of athletic giants, real power, this team will dominate the whole world

  7. England will be back for the WC. Glad to read nice comments here from english and french.

  8. Glad the Twickenham faithful managed to get a "Swing low" in during the first couple of minutes. They didn't have much to sing about for the final 78 minutes.

  9. French fan here…Great win but we still have some way to go to match Ireland.

  10. A victory against our historical enemy is still satisfying but here… this is so so good ! ALLEZ LES BLEUS 🐓

  11. A la fin, célébration modeste des français qui ont compris qu'ils ont gagné ce jour, mais perdu le tournoi, car les Irlandais ne vont faire qu'une bouchée de cette équipe d'Angleterre…

  12. Let us French not have short memories before we excessively blame our greatest enemies, the English. We have just emerged from a ten-year rugby slump. We got out of the hole because the FFR started a revolution in the management of the French national rugby team. A coach free to manage and recruit his staff. Thanks again to Fabien Galthié for having the absolutely brilliant idea of seeking out Shaun Edwards. What a difference since Shaun took charge. But also, thanks to good understanding between the FFR and the LNR (the governing body of the PRO league) on the selection and availability of players for the national team. The coach has a base pool of 42 players to train and set up opposition games with, before making his selection and releasing non-chosen players to return to their clubs. Even the national team staff will discuss with each club's staff about the strengths and weaknesses of each player. Ronan O'Gara at La Rochelle was blown away by the intelligence of this good relationship.

Please, English friends, do not lose hope. With good work at the helm of the RFU, we can hope to see you quickly return to your best level. Not that beating you so badly and humiliating you on your own turf, so arrogant, is not so enjoyable for us French. But the French national rugby team will be so good that if the English national team is good, it will be even more enjoyable. Nonetheless, it's still enjoyable to beat you with a 40-point difference. So come back quickly, but not too quickly, so we can savor it for a few tournaments 😂

  13. Be strong english friends. Do not make the same mistake than us: disappear for 10 years. We need you

  14. As french I m always proud when my team won England. But English people fair-play is impressive, gentleman even in the defeat. English are our best enemies and we love this relationship

  15. The average English forward player is painfully slow and lacks agility. They are unable to break the line and go to ground so predictably that the opposing team invariably only bother to face up with one player keeping there defensive line in absolute comfort. The backs should all be flyers and not just one or two but all of them. I firmly believe that more speed training should be paramount from a early age before they lose there fast twitch ,that’s if they actually have it. The days of lumbering oversized heavy forwards is outdated and if we continue with this style of play nothing will change.

  16. France have always been loyal to their own in running the team. When they took on Shaun Edwards you knew they were taking things seriously

  17. Wonderful, 15 – man rugby from France. Magnifique! Schoolboy rugby score in the 6 nations! Who would have thought?
