Hola Ana practico crossfit desde hace 4 años y tmb lo primero que se me lesiono a los 2 meses de entrenar una lesion de hombro que se resolvio con fisioterapia.. al año volvio a pasar resolviendose tmb con fisio y no me ha vuelto a pasar en 3 años. … sin embargo, me paso hace 1 mes un bloqueo lumbar en un entrenamiento levantando la barra para un clean… por contractura de varios musculos a la vez entre ellos psoas, cuadrado lumbar, gluteo., oblicuos internos….. no se exactamente la causa pero analizando lo que paso antes y observando las sensaciones y donde se siente el dolor y las tensiones musculares y las sesiones de fisioterapia he ido recuperando la movilidad… sin embargo el dolor lumbar aparece y desaparece… lo que he notado es que suolementarme con vitamina B12 quita el cansancio muscular y se nota una mejoria bastante considerable ennel dolor lumbar… Me guastaria saber tu opinion acerca de la suplementación con vitamina B12 en dolores lumbares acompañados por contracturas.
