  1. Thanks for this one ste, being a South African and from the same area as Benni, this guy is a legend knowing the circumstances he broke out of before the world got to know his talent, South Africans are super proud of this man😎👌👍and then making a difference at our fav club come on now!!! This guy even featured in a song hahaha benni in the 18 area👌😎🎶

  2. 🇿🇦Hearing the names of our clubs and seeing a South African legend getting global praise is really something insane goosebumps, if I feel like this, I'm sure benni is feeling something more, hats off to him what a job he's doing

  3. Benni makes our country so proud. Even opposition fans posted him with the Carabao Cup. Most probably the best footballer to ever come from our country. Thank you for making this video Ste

  4. Benni is a South African legend. Recall anuder South African @ mufc Quinton fortune & radabe @ Leeds. Good raw talent pity it doesn't come thru @ national level. Benni's impact has been instant hope upgrades to o.t & Carrington is done bec it's a total cycle to get do's 11 Supa fit both mentally & physically. Good luck to him & da team. 2nite wed. Hopefully we keep our winning streak going.

  5. I'm not South African, but every time I see Benni at Man UTD, I just wanna blast that TKZee 'Shibobo' tune…"Benni's in the 18th Area. Halagasha"😁. The song was a smash hit when I lived in neighbouring Zimbabwe.

  6. This guy was lethal in his days ! I still remember him scoring 4 goals for South Africa in 1998 Africa Nations cup

  7. With so much love from Nigeria 🇳🇬… Benni McCarthy was the ultimate Bafana Bafana 🇿🇦 striker ! Double footed, with long range shooting and technical placing ability. While we had Quinton Fortune, I always thought McCarthy was a great all rounded striker.

He was the one who knocked us out of the UCL with MOUs Porto in 2004.

  8. Do you think RVP would have had the same impact on the team? Or is Benni just a better fit? Interesting that RVP rejected.

  9. No doubt that a forward understands the attacking elements of the game, but it’s rare you get a player like Dion Dublin or on a higher level Ruud Gullit, that can show expertise doing both. The DM position was a blind spot for Ole, but Matic is more of an all round midfielder than a DM and Jose trying to play Pogba there was his biggest failure as coach. No doubts about ten Hag’s credentials but the biggest job was upgrading Maguire and signing a qualified United level DM, and in Casemiro & Martinez we’ve struck gold. We’re already a team – get Osimhen and the UCL trophy is on notice. Nice video again Steve, much better when I ain’t gotta listen to Joel and his broken biscuits!

  10. Benni was a good coach in his spells here in S.A. His management style is similar to TH, no nonsense and the fact that he’s working for his boyhood club he’ll definitely be producing his best work. 🤞🏼

  11. "If you are new around these parts, then don't forget to subscribe…" That Eminem-style 'flowetry' with the music gets me every time. Sure, your content is boss, but that outro alone is good enough for my subscription 😅🙌🏾

  12. so proud of Benni… incredibly under rated in South Africa and yet he is the Most decorated SA player and a brilliant finisher.
