What would you pay for a golf shaft?
It’s out Mark is a shaftoid!! 😂
You paid for it mark you should play it
I always say with enough practice you should be able to hit anything. Dont care what flex, weight, length.
Made in Korea
Love it matches your top🥳coach will love it 😂
I believe shaft can help with contact, dispersion and spin (through contact) which helps in the latter part of finding optimal numbers. Feel and timing absolutely help but, until a shaft can boost a clubhead over 1.50 smash factor they are only helping optimize.
There’s some other videos on it from MrShortGame etc comparing to a Autoflex but I ended up trying a 50gm Evenflow Riptide CB and had very good results. And got it on eBay for like $40… Moving from a hzrdus it felt light and whippy but I found strangely I was finding center of face much easier. Not having to swing as hard to power the stiffer feeling hzrdus through. Just swing smooth and let the shaft kick. They say trying a senior flex is closest to Autoflex but I went with stiff
Mark, can you FEEL your wallet getting lighter? 🤣 thanks the the video mate. Cheers
Mark, you should have ordered it at 46" to start.
Most success if found at a swingweight of D0
Also what made you choose the X over the XX?
Please test against the bgt Brava.
If shafts make a difference, then club manufacturers would design and manufacture them
As your so used to the lightweight shafts it may not give you the same benefits as someone coming from heavier shafts . It should Tay in the bag simply for the looks mark 👍🏻
LGBT shaft.
I just custom ordered a new Titleist driver with the Autoflex shaft. The upgrade fee was definitely an eye opener, and cost more than the price of the basic driver itself, more than doubling the retail price!
great vid
Kind of like my G10 Ping driver…vs. G425 Max driver…couldn't get any more out of the G425 really. Some of the classic clubs are just still good clubs. Now, I do dig the pixilated Penguin shirt however. Very swanky. How do you put a price tag on that? LOL
Not sure if anyone (apart from auto flex themselves) has called auto flex the best shaft
Nice….but was it Hand Crafted #Lockeyarmy😂
Just here for the shaftoids in the comments getting angry
Why do we want to make the game easier? We are so weak as a Society that we will do anything, pay anything, to avoid having to work to achieve a goal.
You want to make the game easier, just play the lady tees. If you want to hit it longer, just run backwards after you hit your drive.
Great honest review thank you !
Who cares about performance that paint job is Amazing!
iv seen it revued by other you tubers and some people get more distance so don't
I recently bought an extra long 5 wood with a Tensei shaft. I swapped the shaft in my driver (a Graffaloy) with the Tensei and gained 20 yards! Put the Graf shaft in the 5 wood and sold the club. This helps lower the cost of getting a good/upgraded shaft over buying the shaft seperately – a great way to upgrade.
Imagine forking out all that cash to get called homophobic names. No thanks 😄
Autoflex is definitely a marmite shaft for YT testers. Some claim they have seen an improvement, some say no difference, some say it is worse. The reality is that for most people (not all – some are completely shaft insensitive) there are some shafts for your driver that make golf a little easier, either because you get more distance or better dispersion. It might be the weight of the shaft, the flex of the shaft, the bend profile, whether it is counterbalanced or not or the length of the shaft. But the only way to be sure is to get a proper fit from someone who carries a lot of different shafts.
A little lip ice on the club face while using that shaft and IT WILL BE LONGER, 🤣😂🤣😂
Did you play it at a lower swing weight?
Why use $ instead of the correct £?
Channel giveaway for this shaft? Lord knows I’ll never buy it.
Curious about the Trackman Optimizer numbers. The last numbers show a smash factor of 1.42. With a 114 mph swing speed, carry should not be close to 286 according to Trackman. Are those Trackman numbers BS?
thank you for doing this test- but I wonder if you redid this test with a lightweight shaft versus a heavy shaft.. ie the real cheat code is to use a lighter shaft?
So Mark apparently didn't read the directions which identify the swingweight the club should adjusted to when using this shaft. He just popped it on his driver head and, because it was not set up correctly and probably had a D3 or D4 swingweight, determined there is no benefit. In sum, Mark's review is useless (just like Rick Sheils' review because he did the exact same thing….."experts"…lol).
I'm so happy I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I'm a single mother living in Melbourne Australia, bought my second house in January and hoping to retire next year at 42 if things keep going smoothly for me..
