Hey Jordan I just attempted doing this workout with a friend of mine who is trying to get back into shape. I would have finished this too if I didn’t get a mad case of diarrhea after second round. Though my friend was done at that point. I’ll try again tomorrow after work to finish this workout as it’s easy on my knees

Hey Jordan or anyone who is into fitness.
Quick noob questoon: do you burn more the less you rest?
I ask because: I did a level 4 (favorite) just now. Level 4 is rather easy now. I thought maybe "let's do it with only 1 rest period" so I did the whole climb up with no 30second rests inbetween. Once I made it to the top, I took 1minute. Then did the downhill with no rests in between. Did I burn more or i just worked harder not smarter?
