#AdamSchefter tweeted this morning that multiple teams have reached out to the @ChicagoBears about their first-overall pick. So the world has been speculating today about what the #ChicagoBears can get and how far back they’re willing to go. What would you like to see them do? The further back they go, the more assets they can get in return. But Kap doesn’t think a trade is immanent as some have reported.

Kap will be at the #combine tomorrow. A few top prospects have elected to not work out at the combine this year including possible Bears target, Jalen Carter.

#JimmyHaslam is purchasing 25% of the #MilwaukeeBucks. The team is currently valued at $3.5 billion.

The #WashingtonCommanders have released #CarsonWentz. Amazon boss #JeffBezos is more interested in purchasing the #SeattleSeahawks than the #WashingtonCommanders.

    I'd love for Poles to get his best guy at the #1 pick but that's not real practical. I'm fine on trading down within the top 10..Poles did a nice job last year moving picks to get extra players, and we'll need good players this year and next year.

    Would want Houston's #12 pick or else they can have CJ Stroud. All Poles has to do is wait and let the other teams name their price.

    Hey Kap, if I were Ryan Poles, I would not trade down past the #4 spot in the Draft that would enable the Bears to draft either Carter of UGA or Anderson of Alabama, or even Edge Rusher from Texas Tech, Tyree Wilson.

    I favor a two trade scenario put forth earlier. First trade would be with the Texans and the second trade would be with the Colts. Bears would be sitting pretty at #4 and likely would get their defensive lineman, either Anderson or Carter, plus about four extra draft picks, preferably a couple of second rounders among them.

    My greatest hope is the Bears acquiring 2 and 12 somehow. For 1 and 54 would be ideal. The Texans would be paying a premium, but it’s not outrageous. All depends on if they’re not cool with getting their second choice by standing still. From there, with the Bears knowing they have at least the twelfth pick, trading down one or two more times for future picks would set them up nicely.

    Bears have a lot of bad players their current roster. Getting as many picks as possible should be the plan. Trading down multiple times seems logical.

    I’d love to see the Texans trade up to #1 and the Bears go to #2 , and The Colts trade up to #2 and the Bears go down #.4

    I’d go to 4. We have so many impact players to get, but can’t get it all done immediately. Could use just enough to make it a safer environment for Fields this next season.

    I’d be nice to get multiple #1’s and #2’s, but in the past the Bears have been lousy at drafting. Let’s hope the new leadership knows what there doing 🐻⬇️
