The sweet, sweet sound of Tiger Woods puring a 2-iron in the late ’90s will always be music to our ears. A look back at a few especially solid strikes around Jack’s place, Muirfield Village from the 1998 and 2001 edition.

Just sounds different
Nowadays these dudes are hitting 8 irons 240 yards. How times change
Better than most
So much power.
G.O.A.T. PERIOD
A 2 iron from 274!? My longest drive (I've only golfed 3 times) was 270 and that's with rollout. Jesus
After you do it 10,000 times it’s easy
That noise when Tiger is destroying a golf ball is one of the sweetest sounds on Earth
Prime Tiger played golf like no one else, before or since. It was a genuine privilege to watch him.
His swing was so violent
Tiger, what can we say?
And this is why he is one of the best golfers that ever lived
Just in case anyone forgets just how good he was…
Everybody tapas about Tiger's talent, as if he just walked into the course & did what he did. Nobody tasks about the attention to detail & hours of practice he put in to prepare himself for these shots.
LAST SHOT 🤯🥶
Pain Medicine…. Just Walk away, have some self pride and respect 💩
Incredible
Unbelievable
Not only is the shot absurd the style points are off the fucking charts, legend isn’t enough to describe him
2K 🐯 was on an absolute different level.
These were shot from his early years before he thought he was indestructible and tried to do shit his dad did when he was a paratrooper! Parachuted out of planes, damaged his legs and ruined his golf career!!!
Had he not damaged his legs he would now have the record for most tournament wins currently owned by Jack Nicklaus!!! He was not far from that record prior to his injuries!!! Today he doesn't have the endurance to walk the course 4 consecutive days!!! Much less 10-20 tournaments per year!!!
How does he land it so soft?
All amazing but a 2 iron from 274 and lands next to the hole? Mic drop
The 2-iron 274 yards was all-world legendary. I remember watching that one live.
바지보니까 옛날 영상이넹? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
He hit these sick shots but he drained all those putts
Prime Tiger
😄 stepped off the shot😆 well feel normal again , happens to everybody 😏🦘🦘🦘⛳❤️🦘
2iron and 7 ,fav club⛳⛳⛳
Tiger Woods is the genius ❤️❤️
That last 2iron sounded like a rail gun going off
And he’s hitting these shots that far back when balls were more spinny too and clubs were less forgiving.
Tiger in his Prime was Unspeakably Great🎤🤷🏼♂️
If peak tiger isn’t the greatest golfer to ever touch a golf club idk who is
Those days are gone a long with golf. Tiger isn't jack but they both had to deal with tech only difference is jack was ten times better
Two iron landed at about 230
I saw him at Bay Hill 15 years ago.
What these videos can't show is how high he hit these long irons. They absolutely climb into the stratosphere and land softly.
Also at the range, I could close my eyes and pick out Tiger's shots from the other pros. They just made a different sound.
Best Asian American golfer ever! The sensei goat!
Man he's fuckin insane
Did anyone else hear the guy in the crowd yell hamburger? 🤣
The baggie pants were hideous back then….I hated those pants then and now
Can you say GOAT
And thats why he doesn't have a back today…. but that 2 iron from 270 was insane🤯🤯
This is one reason why he is the GOAT.
