If there is no cut and a smaller field then it’s not an ‘elevated’ event. It’s the opposite of that actually. Might as well just watch the Majors next year. Elevating events was dumb and unnecessary, now they’re backpedaling into even worse decisions. Yikes.

The arrogance of Scottie. Of course it's about the "money", when you don't have enough to finance your schedule it's all you think about, cuts and money. When you don't need the money, like a Rory/Tiger huge upfront payday, it's easy to just work on your game and play great golf. No worry tour golf, privileged golfers are the worst.
