It was a really good workout I was sweating after this I used 45 pounds it wasn’t too challenging for me as I am advanced athlete but it is definitely great for intermediate athletes as it was a good workout for me for the next video can you guys do an advanced workout with maybe resistance or using the centr workout resistance bands thanks for the workout and have a great day
