Love the Riv. Grew up caddying there in the early 60's. Much different course back then. With a ton more trees and 15 had a split fairway. Players were hitting balata balls. Persimmon head woods, steel shafts and tiny forged iron blades. Mac Hunter was the head pro, and the membership was a who's who of LA.
Best insight to tournament golf by far. Absolutely love the show. For me this week, Adam Scott to win, he turned down huge money for LIV and he is on a mission. He loves this course and this will mean so much to him. Also Duff Daddy for a top 10
love the advice but I was confused by Elks top pick in T Kim. I know he rates high in the stats I follow sgttg, prox, par 4 scr and bogey av and is rated 3rd with his congregate score in those categories but he's a newbie and early in the podcast Elk said a newcomer would'nt do anything ? Dianes top pick with JT and his ranking in those categories is 82nd . The two guys ahead of T Kim in those stat rankings are Rahm #1 and Finau #2, so this week I'm going with Finau as my outright. T 14 last week, he's a regular here and was runner up 2 of his last 5 here. In any case good luck to all !
