Quick Fix Golf is the brainchild of Bobby Lopez. partnering with Darren deMaille, former teaching professional for Jack Nicklaus at The Bear’s Club for over seven years.
Darren has been teaching golf for over 20 years and has surrounded himself with people who have done it the best, including Jack Nicklaus, Jim Flick, Martin Hall, Michael Breed, and Jack Druga, to name a few.

Bobby studied the golf swing under some of the most legendary ball strikers of all time – such as Vince Allen, Dick Farley, Chico Miartuz, Bob Toski, “Wild” Bill Melhorn, John Jacobs and Henry Cotton. He’s a former European Touring Pro, and a full “Class A” Member of the PGA. He was nominated for Golf Magazine’s list of Top 100 Golf Instructors.

Our teaching style is unique. The Quick Fix Golf personalized golf instruction concept was built on the philosophy of finding YOUR one or two glaring swing faults and prescribe a solution. We allow every golfer their individual style. 1. Why is all that flexibility wasted on the young. 🙂 Make's sense Bobby!

  2. Enjoying some golf with Mr. Jimenez would be a serious bucket list time. Also getting to share a cigar with him would be Awesome!

  3. He didn't turn the face over…that was a heel strike which shut the face down. That ball probably still landed in the fairway actually!

  4. I'm seeing a lot of similarity to bubba watson with this swing. Exaggerated left knee, lots of hip movement on the back swing, big shoulder turn and then they both unleash all of that wind-up on the downswing.

  5. Previously I'd thought that MAJ swung the club back inside and came back to plane on downswing. In these videos he does a good job of swinging back and through on plane, (he doesnt lift it much above the plane and have to drop it down a lot – like Sergio does). Nice shoes. Like the thought of stopping the backswing when the chest stops turning.

  6. Only a minute or two into it, and your video is full of bad errors.
First off, too bad his name isn't "Mi-gel He-men-esz", it's "Mi-gel He-men-eth". It should be embarrassing that YOU, Mr Lopez don't know that. The 'z' is pronounced 'th', just the same as his Spaniard compatriot Jose Maria Olazabel, with the 'z' pronounced 'th'.
Second, when you get to his back swing, what the fuck are you 'disagreeing' about? A flatter plane classical golf swing is a more consistent way to hit the golf ball. This isn't even close to an argument. Even if he over-rotates, it's recoverable. "That was gone in the 50s". No, it wasn't 'gone' until the late 90s, specifically after Woods won the Masters in 1997 with a higher leverage swing.

And the proof is in the pudding that, as OLD AS HE IS, after today, LEADING the money list on the Champions' (Senior PGA) Tour. One of the best swings I've personally seen. After seeing him swing today in person, I wanted to YouTub some of his videos and that's how I ran into your messed up video.
Get rid of this leverage-swing-is-everything bullshit and learn that a rotary swing is far more consistent. That's why Ben Hogan (heard of him?), had a flat leverage swing. So did Moe Norman. Although Norman's swing was unlike any swing ever done. And that's the opinion of Woods: "Only two people ever 'owned' their swings. Ben Hogan and Moe Norman."https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8bphcoEGc4

  7. Soon after studying these golf swing techniques “mowosam press” (Google it) and rehearsing the drills as I read, I went out and also shot a 73. I also managed to hit 13-18 greens and that was the best one I had ever since I started golfing. I also almost hit the green with a distance of 5 to ten yards on the other 5 holes. 73s isn`t a natural thing for me since I have a handicap of 9. It`s been can be a long time ever since I made an exceptional round…
