  1. I understand he may sound confusing, but he is saying use the right arm to control how far back on the back swing, rather than the left arm being the focus on the back swing.

  2. Normally giving us good advice but not keeping the left arm straight is questionable. And the title is keeping your head back for straighter drives…did I miss something?

  3. I kind of do this, but I go back to seve's "waiters tray" position, which really really helps me "pause at the top" like this drill does. Kind confusing vid though….did you mean left straight but not locked?

  4. Dang I wish I could do this. I’ve tried for a long time to stop wrapping my driver around my head farther Jon Daly but it’s the only way I can make solid contact. When I stop backswing at 90 like this I literally can’t hit anywhere close to the center of club face. If I wrap my driver around neck kind of like Daly then I might hit it ob a few times a round but at least it goes 280+. I also usually hit 6-8 fairways. If I stop at 90 I hit weak grounders that go nowhere. It’s so frustrating since I only do it with driver and woods I would sacrifice 30-40 yards if I could become more accurate and not lose 2-3 balls every round.
