Here’s what we cover in this golf video.

By incorporating a wrist in the golf swing, you’ll transmit more power to the golf club, allowing you to hit the ball farther with less effort. Give it a try and see how easy and effective this swing is for you!

Golf can be a difficult sport to master, especially if you don’t have the time to practice or are limited by physical mobility.

However, there are two simple golf swing tips and key moves that can make your golf swing easier and more enjoyable: the supple wrist.

This technique is perfect for senior golfers, people with limited mobility, and people who don’t play that much.

The supple wrist involves using the weight of the club to create a fluid feeling in the golf swing from start to finish. You shouldn’t be trying to manipulate the wrist, but should instead be allowing it to move naturally. This can create a natural, effortless golf swing. The key to achieving the supple wrist is to have a firm grip on the club while still allowing the wrist and forearm to feel heavy.

Using the lower body is also important when it comes to achieving the most effortless golf swing. When using the supple wrist, you should try to use the ground and the lower body just a little bit to generate more distance. To do this, you should start the downswing by using the lower body and allowing the arms to drop.

The legs should also be used to turn through the swing and pull the arms through. You should also feel like your legs are doing more of the work, just as if you were throwing something. Blending the lower body with a supple wrist will allow you to generate more speed and hit the ball further.

Using the technique of the supple wrist in order to achieve an easier and more enjoyable golf game. The supple wrist involves using the weight of the club to create a fluid feeling in the golf swing from start to finish, and should be done with a firm grip but heavy wrists and forearms. To test this move out, practice swings should be done with the feet together and just the wrists and arms. The key to achieving the most effortless golf swing is to blend the supple wrist with the lower body, using the ground and the lower body to generate more distance and speed

  1. Hi Alex, thanks a lot for your very useful lessons. When I started pushing my weight in my front leg, I really started to improve. The art of supple wrists is much more difficult to master. However, I have picked up a tip somewhere to actually throw you club out if your hands in the swing direction a few times before hitting balls again. A liberating experience!

  2. Alex, you’ve completely changed my mindset on how I play golf, you’re so right , nice and easy staying calm……….. can’t thank you enough ! Best round last week for 3 years using you teachings , perfect ! 👏🏽

  3. Any comments from this those of us that get too supple at the top of the backswing and club ends up going past parallel?

  4. There are a variety of senior golfers, some have just dropped into that "category" after numerous years of athletic golf, others are very old persons who still intend to play some great golf regarding their capabilities. So all depends of what "sub-category" you're in when you've become a so-called senior golf player. Then it is more a matter of adapting to one's capabilities. As for me, at nearly 68, I think I still would be inclined to rotate and use my lower body to help gaining more speed as long as I feel it possible.
