I always thought that my arc would be past parallel and coming across it with the ball being so forward in my stance. It would make my slight fade worse.
You say keeping trail leg flexed pushes pressure in towards the ground. at the 6.00 mark. I say it is because of the foot wedge that angles the trail foot onto its inner edge that puts pressure into the ground. Without a foot wedge pressure is exerted into the ground through pressure exerted onto inner edge of the trail foot because of trail foot pronation and this is what pushes the pressure into the ground not the flexing of trail foot which is a mere by product of pronating the trail foot.
Hi. I have two questions:
1. Will your hips and shoulders still stay square when your right foot is pulled back?
2. Do you drop the back shoulder slightly at address?
Thank you.
..cool..
I remember clearly hitting a draw, for the first time. It was all I could do to stop myself hugging and kissing the pro! Absolutely agree with RH, the only thing that one has to be careful of is getting too " handsy" in squaring the clubface. Squaring it should be a function of good body rotation in the downswing, not trying to manipulate the hands.
Great video
Hey Russ, topic for a potential video: when I attempt any feelings of hitting a draw (as you demonstrate) I snap hook it. This in spite of my typical path being out to in about 7 deg. Cheers
