George Shultz argues that the two biggest dangers facing the world today are the proliferation of nuclear weapons and climate change. He fears that because nations are finding it easier to create nuclear weapons, the world is becoming more destabilized as a result. Similarly, he asserts that climate change is also an issue that requires immediate global reaction in order to prevent further damage.
