I don't know about "quiet feet" – Tony was pressing off the ground with his legs hard, you could see his feet moving. You don't get ball speed like him if you don't.
These swing theory videos are incredible
The big miss in this analysis is, how many great hitters of the ball, EXTEND their hips (pelvis) towards the target. This is what gives them that extra shaft lag and clubhead speed. Reminds of Annika Sorenstam and how she does it with her of own unique style, but the point is, extending the pelvis at the right moment adds distance fast. Most amateurs extend the pelvis at the ball, but here we see Tony just gets the move started at the ball, but finishes thrusting them at the target. Big difference!
