Jumping into the right shoes is as important as the jump itself! Triple jumpers, make sure you’re jumping in triple jump spikes, not sprint spikes. Keep yourself safe and have fun on the track!

  1. That is what happened to me last summer. My leg bent in a way it wasn't supposed to. Luckily my knee is ok, just ripped the leg muscle from it stretching more then it was meant to. For now I will just use racing flats with a proper tread back and front for the jumps.
