Last year we did a video called, Disc Dyeing for Newbies, where we tried dyeing 2 discs for the first time using the Shaving Cream method. The results were surprisingly good, but there was still some room left for improvement.
Since then, we have been wanting to give disc dyeing another shot, but this time, using a better combination of materials and techniques to hopefully get a better result. Therefore, for this dye, we decided to go with the lotion mix, using Cocoa Butter, and Pro Chemical & Dye. We’ve heard good things about this method since it is supposed to create some of the best results!
So, if you are looking to give disc dyeing a shot, this is most definitely our best tutorial yet! We break down the entire process to help make disc dyeing an enjoyable and fun experience!
