I did this. My buddy’s said go ahead you won’t hit the green. Par 4 hit driver on to the green as they were putting. I felt like a piece of garbage. Bright side they left my ball on the green that was 3 foot away for eagle. Made it for my 1st eagle ever. And quickly apologized to them. Their only concern was if I made the eagle.
I almost got nailed by some drunk guy at my local course. I was getting my putter outta my bag and his ball crashed into my bag. I picked his ball up and chucked it into the pond and said fuck u!!! He never yelled or anything.

All of a sudden there was a big thud. 3 feet from where I was standing on the tee box and here it's a golf from the group behind us and the guy shanked his ball that bad and missed every tree before almost hitting me
I have a rule – if a ball gets that close to me on the golf course and I didn't hear the loudest 4 being called, I take the ball, tee it up, and send it straight back with a driver – but I yell 4.
Anyone else remember the story of the guys dad who worked at a golf course in fla, and would come to a certain hole to see his son tee off. Ball hits tree and kills the dad

I got pegged square in the back (driver tee shot) by some jarhead in San Diego, he hit right behind us and didn't call out anything. 2 guys from my group were drinking a little heavier than me(shipmates), they took off back to the tee box and he was lucky to walk away. Hurt like hell. Ahh, the good old days.

My pop took a shanked shot from a driver right off the temple standing to the side of the tee box. Now THAT one nearly killed him! I coulda caught this little 50 yd pitch shot haha
I’ve had several incidents like this. The group behind my group either gets impatient or just flat out dicks. I keep their ball as a souvenir. It’s only lead to one altercation in the parking lot. I remained unscathed. Safety golf is the best golf.
We experienced a couple of long hitters behind us capable of driving a par 4. We waved our clubs around to back off but to no avail. Nothing worse than a group pushing up on you particularly if you’re going at a good speed
All rehearsed… Mark clearly pans the camera to get the man swing … Quite sad really … Sad times for mark.. the oh yes etc an that's goin on followed by fake laffs… Truly sad
