Today we are putting the Vice Pro Plus to the test and seeing how well it performs on Trackman against what is arguably the most popular ball played on the PGA Tour. We ran Wedge, 7-Iron, and Driver Spin test comparisons along with durability between these two brands and the results are shocking! So the question remains… are you paying too much for Golf Balls? Thanks for tuning and enjoy!

  1. Do we need the wild music and editing? I'd like a more perfunctory look at the swings if possible. Not that I would say you are faking it or something, but all that stuff is distracting the point of the review. At least it would if I was looking for a ball. I play the TP5 and am satisfied, but I only made that decision by looking at more straight forward approaches to these stats.
Glad you are branching out though!

  2. Absolutely ridiculous man, leaving good good shouldn’t persuade you to adopt crappy products just to gain revenue. It’s clear that zero professionals have or ever will use vice. Your better than this man….

  3. I just started playing the Cut Grey golf ball recently and I’m really impressed. 20 bucks a dozen from their store on Amazon. They also have a Cut Blue and Cut DC. I’d really like to see you do the same testing on those balls vs Pro V1 and V1x. Or the Vice Pro and Pro+.

  4. did not expect that outcome , but I may be converted at this point. Nicely done Micah, and many blessing on your journey to playing on tour.

  5. A dozen Vice Pro Plus including shipping are the same price as I can get a dozen Titleist ProV1 in my local golf shop in the UK (£44.99), that's why I game TM Tour Response.

  6. I played TP5 for a couple years and this year I switched to the Vice pro and I think it performs better than the TM and they are way cheaper as well and they feel great too

  7. That was the best “please subscribe” speech ever. Klicked the thing 👌

Also the numbers on the Vice sold me on it. Considering the price difference especially.

Funny thing, got a shipment of Vice balls today. Not the Pro+
Got the Tour, since I’m a beginner golf.

  8. One thing that I noticed was that Micah’s launch angle numbers are extremely low. His 7i for instance was around the 11-12 degree LA. The average PGA Tour pro launch angle for a 7i is in the 16/17 range from the Trackman data that I’ve seen.

  9. Give a try to Maxfli Tour or Tour X. Can get them from dick’s sporting goods or golf galaxy

  10. I have plays A LOT of these vice balls. If I had to go down from something like a prov or tp5 I’d go with them. The one thing you have to be careful of is the cover. It tears up a lot quicker than a prov or tp5. I think that’s where the cost difference is, if vice used the same layer as a prov they’d probably be pretty close in price. So just keep that in mind.

  11. Love that you are repping Rhoback, it’s my favorite golf brand. Are those the Rhoback joggers? I have been tempted to buy them

  12. In Canada it seems like the Vice and ProV 1 are the same price on Amazon. No savings for me .. Micah, I have enjoyed your videos , good job.

  13. I dont know how accurate this is, but was told that anyone on tour NOT sponsored by Titleist, doesnt play a Titleist. For whatever thats worth…… the ball of choice for those not sponsored was TaylorMade (shrug)

  14. I play whatever I find, lol, usually Callaway or prov1..,vice is looking very solid..great video tig..

  15. I don't know if it's just placebo but I really do think Micah is coming into his own since focusing on solo content. Love seeing the progression of this man ❤️
