I Bought The SOLD OUT PXG “CHEAP” DRIVER!? When buying a new driver we always want the best driver you can buy, we often think about buying expensive golf clubs such as a new Taylormade Stealth Driver, Titleist TSR Driver, Ping G430 Driver, Callaway Rogue ST Max driver and so on and so forth. but in this video I managed to buy one of the very last cheap pxg drivers, the pxg 0211 driver, can you play good golf with cheap golf clubs? should you spend money on expensive new golf clubs, budget cheap golf clubs, second hand golf clubs or even cheap new golf clubs such as this driver… potentially this could be the best driver of 2022, the best forgiving driver of 2022 and even the longest driver of 2022… let’s find out… and let’s do it now!

I recently put the "cheap" PXG 0811 Proto in the bag, with the RDX shaft. Love it!
I bought a 12* for my wife and had it shortened to 44”, which is the length she likes. Lovely for the price. She is thrilled with it. ⛳️

I bought the 2021 0211 driver last week for $119 and took it to the range and absolutely loved it. My only complaint is that it’s Ping Tinny when hit. My Mavrik sounds better, but PXG goes straighter.
Had mine over 18 months as an experiment went with the 40g shaft .. its a fairway finder all the time

Some people really like the PXG clubs. Some people I play with who always go for the high high end products I was shocked to see PXGs in their bags. I think some of their advertising actually hurts them its so annoying lol. It took a while for word to spread their tech is decent haha
I had one in my cart yesterday but hadn't purchased it yet… saw this video and immediately went back and finished the purchase. In the US (at least) they are still available. I got mine with 10.5 degree loft and regular flex Tensei AV Raw Blue 55 shaft. Taxes included $127 US with free shipping. Hard to beat that.
I got one 9 degree when I saw the price only used it on the range but could feel the forgiveness which is useful for me
I’ve got a gem 4 0811xf. Got it for about $300. Bought it new. It’s the hottest driver of the 3 I own and once I tweaked the loft sleeve, it’s very consistent. I’m pxg through the bag
That is a great Starter Driver at $129.00. Looks good and you can customize it some to fit you play style

I’ve played the majority of 2022 with the 0811 x gen 4 and overall really enjoyed it, switched to the 0311 gen 5 and have to say the gen 4 is the better club IMO…….but switched to the TSi3 last week.
Went for a fitting last week. One option the fitter had me try was a PXG. Not sure if it was this one or not. Didn't really get on with it and didn't like the look of the top. Looked a bit "cheap" somehow with the mix of grey and black too. Ended up with G425 lst. Enjoying it so far.
I bought one when they were £195 ,didn’t like the sound or feel so sold it on but was a de driver just not for me
I have the PXG 0211z and love it.
I needed a driver when mine broke and grabbed the $189 0811 and Im actually just going to keep it in my bag. I didn't expect it to replace my sim2 but its a great club.
Pxg always lowers the price when the new model is due ! Funny enough it's today , most of my clubs are pxg
I’m glad you posted this video. The other day I tried to purchase the 0841 XF. I picked the configuration I wanted without any problems. When I went to checkout the site told me some of the components were no longer available. So I went back and configured the 0211 and was able to purchase it. Your video makes me feel better about my choice.
Definitely wouldn't mind putting in my bag starting to think it's not about the brand but about the score. Have a local custom fitter offering PXG but also sub 70 clubs doing exactly the same as PXG by cutting out the middle man. Keep up the good work many thanks Steven
I've had this exact driver since May and I love it. I have pretty high swing speed and it's very forgiving for when I don't square it up. I paid 299 dollars for mine and even at that price I'd say it's worth it. For 129 pounds it's the steal of all steals!
Just bought the 10.5 degree and the 7W for less that 240 USD including tax. Playing in the next hour and a half. GET IT!
