  1. I really miss the feel and attack angle of my Tour Burner Irons, but absolutely cannot afford to give up the forgiveness and distance (because I can't hit woods to save my life) of my Sim2s.

  2. Humidity is real. The ball flys in southern california vs back home in florida. Great video gabe. I agree with everything said hear. I think thats why fitting is so important. Just hiting alot of clubs and working with a good pro is probably the fastest way to find the best clubs for an individual.

  3. that was pretty fun and full of great details.Reminded me a bit of the Tom Hanks movie "Volunteers" where he had a funny dialogue with a drug lord "Time is money, but you said opium is money! MONEY IS MONEY! Then what was time again?"

  4. That's why you go and actually hit the irons yourself. Clubs I thought would be perfect for me weren't quite so great and sometimes clubs that I never thought I would be interested I ended up sticking in the bag. Earlier this year I was down at the PGA Superstore in Sarasota looking for a ChipR for my dad. They of course didn't have one (but I ordered one for him, he likes it a lot) but while there I saw the Taylormade DHY 2 Iron. I thought this would be perfect and I couldn't hit it worth a damn. I then grabbed the UDI, something I didn't think I could hit and it has started to turn into a game changer for me. I hit the thing so bloody well and I never thought I would. So I always tell people to try different things, you never know what might be the 'perfect' club for them.

  5. First question should be: Where are your misses? If you do not know that then don't buy new clubs until that is solved. Then figure out if you miss where should that miss be.

  6. Thank you Gabe I'm at the age when I know everything there is to know, 86 hahaahhaaa Then you come along and teach me a couple of things I need to know,I have played this wonderful game of GOLf for a long time still loving it. Thank you for what you do. Patrick

  7. Great information as always. My swing dedicates how bad my shot is going to be. On a good day I make some decent strikes. On a lazy day it all goes down the drain. Thanks Gabe.

  8. 👏 👏 👏
Gabe, this is a video I wish I would have seen ten years ago, would have saved me a lot of money and frustration. Kept buying the latest irons and couldn’t hit them well or get stopping power. Bought my old Ping I/3 irons with more loft and less distance but I can hit them 3/4 times most days and get much better stopping power. This is gold and an absolute must watch for anyone new to the game!!! 👏 👏 👏
