  1. So I’ve watched two schools of thought on this:
    1: straighten trail knee
    2: keep flex in trail knee
    I assume straightening the trail knee means your timing/tempo needs to be on to ensure you add flex back in trail knee
    in the downswing at the proper sequence.
    I also assume keeping the flex in trail knee means less timing is required to start downswing since it is predominantly the torso turning back and through not needing to sequence in the trail knee.
    Is the thought you may get more power by straightening the trail knee?
