You still out there hitting them straight down the middle at 82 years young gives us youngsters (I'm 63 😁) something to shoot for. Yes sir you show the benefits of golf and a pint…or 2 with the plus of taking a fiver off your friends are what makes a good recipe for a long run at living your best life. surely when your playing match play you should be playing 100% full handicap difference…….. why don't you play proper Match play rules?
a 5ver for a lesson from Pat is far to cheap, it is worth a least 50 quid. 😉
Funny how a little simple tweak can change your swing. And how an old timer can spot that little thing and get you straightened out! I've just really figured out my driver but have been really struggling with my irons, one of my playing partners gave me a little tip that's helped, but that with OMP's tip may be what puts me over the top! Pat is an absolute legend!

Can’t help thinking OMP would benefit from some longer irons instead of all the wedges.
Those Mizuno clubs in the hands of the master; absolute magic!! OMP should give that skanky putter back to Mr B pronto.

It’s all been said about Pat (aka OMP), gentlemen, inspiration, example. Pat is just a joy to watch and although his game was not on top form in this video (he must have wanted you to win Liam) I think £5 for your lesson was a bargain. Long May he continue to play and give all us “Golfmates” absolute joy in watching and listening to him.

I remember another gem from OMP, a while back, to do with putting, and it's been invaluable. Pick your line, from behind the ball, but take note of anything on the green that's on the same line, just a tap in distance from the ball, then hit through it, simple but very effective, certainly works for me, thanks Pat 👍
That's got to be the best 5 quid you'll spend this year Liam. I wish I could get coaching of that quality at those rates 🤣
