I don't throw any ball back. It goes into my practice bucket. I've also been playing Kirklands all season and they've been fine for me. I have so many premium balls in my practice bucket from others who have lost them.

I’m going to pause the video to add this to the discussion. First, your dedication to your daily videos is very impressive to me; that’s a lot of work on your part. Second, has anyone actually recorded the average number of strikes a golf ball receives before it’s lost? My point being that there is tons of lost golf balls out there in the heather and deep rough that have no more than, say, ten hits on them. Yesterday I found a Prov1 and a Vice pro that looked brand spanking new. What’s the service life of a golf ball? At what index does the ball’s life come into play?
it may depend on who is refinishing the ball , i have been using re-finished premium golf balls from golfnut and have put them through the paces on my gc3 . ive tested prov1 , tp5 and bridgestone rxs, all 3 have performed true to the comparable new ball. the only knock i have on the re-finished balls are durability.
My granddaughter baught me a box of refurbished pro v1s God love her. What a box of rubbish some had slices painted over. Use them out of our practice bunker all they are good for
