James, your brother is off scratch and just uses what works for him. Do you, as a PGA golf pro, feel pressure or some sort of obligation to play the newest gear because of that? Does it affect your game or does it help?
I’m scratch. Use mizuno mp4 irons. Love them and no need to change. Got a titleist 913fd fairway. 917 driver and volley wedges. Only club I change is my putter. When I have a bad round with it I blame the club and but something new 🤷🏻♂️

The most important thing you can buy to bring your handicap down……….lessons. Absolutely unbelievable bit of luck on that tiny little bridge down the last too mate.
I'm a pro working in golf retail. On my 3rd set of irons this year. However my driver, 3 and 7 woods are all 11 years old. I've had access to all the new stuff over the years but have yet to find anything to replace them.
I play off 9 and have changed my clubs from ping to cobra now back to ping in 6 months after watching your videos 😆 🤣 settled now maybe lol 😆
Just changed for the second time this year. Bought T100s irons back in March just bought the new Cobra forged tec. Playing off 8 so hopefully bit more forgiveness might help me get my index down 🙏🏻

I’ve been playing for 7 months and I play off 25. Just changed my clubs from titleist 695cb’s to Taylormade m4’s. I’m at the point now where I need lessons to better my game. Which il be doing through the winter.

1.8 and i only change my wedges regularly.
Somewhere around 10 handicap, of it was free I would change every year but with the crazy prices I will only change clubs when needed. Currently have cobra go driver/3wood, g425 hybrid, i500 irons and glide 3 wedges so quite recent, should be good till my daughter leaves the house (she is one and a half)
He is obviously getting more confident in front of the camera. Excellent.
