2022 has seen some fantastic golf clubs be released. Especially in the market of game improvement. Which irons are the best five for forgiveness and game improvement for mid handicappers and high handicappers. In this video I go through my top five that I have seen so far.

  1. I am a mid-high handicap player and just bought the Cobra Forged Tec X. Best clubs I ever played. I liked them better than the p790s.

  2. What ever happened to the mp-32’s? Would like to see how they stack up to todays best players irons

  3. Good video James. I wasn't sure my forge tec x's would make your list but I'm glad they did. Yes they were a bit pricey but worth it for me cause I've never been fitted and bought brand new irons before. Cheers

  4. All the OEMs that make these type of irons 5 stars to you I think these type of irons are brilliant for all levels

  5. any chance of doing a video comparing irons with the same degrees of loft as opposed to reviewing just various brands of 6 irons . In other words you might review a P790 7 iron against a i525 6 iron as both have the same loft

  6. Maybe if you did a top 10, the Ping G425 and the TaylorMade Stealth would have made the list? Hollow bodied irons are the best and so was this video! Thanks James!

  7. PXG 0211 DC irons could be included in that group, for price, forgiving and looks. A further test would be to mishit toe and heel shots and see which club are the most forgiving.

  8. All hollow clubs. And I agree, so much more flexibility to build in tech that will help off-centered hits. I bought my PXG 0211 off the interney (no custom fitting) but they are marvelous (and looong).
