If the ball inside of animal hole in the pinalty area, whats the rule? Thanks 🙏
Great example. What if the ball is in a hole that is in the Penalty Area? Is it still a free drop?
I like the move to drop behind the hole. Standing in front of the hole and getting a wombat chomping on my ankle wouldn't be a good thing.

Hi Blakey, That's a good nuance about the potential to measure one of two possible locations for NPCR in the normal GA. If your wombat hole was in the face of the bunker then is the only option the "vertical" reference point in the GA directly over the underground ball??
I looked it up. It is a "short-legged, muscular quadrupedal marsupial". So there you go . . . .
