I’ll miss Lurch because he was the last thing left about this show that felt like it was still normal dudes who ended up living a dream life. Foreplay has gotten big and rightfully so but with that comes the lack of authenticity and nothing feels less authentic than Dan.
Ill miss Lurchie Boy and his LARGE APPETITE ,But MANohMAN this Dan Rap. Hire is a blockbuster move Riggsy !
I feel like the foreplay podcast is best when it seems like a group of friends with various level of expertise but entertaining banter. Lurch's chemestry was that he wasn't a golf expert, just like the others. Dan would have been good at having his own podcast under the foreplay brand, same with Hannah. It seems like alot of Riggs inverviewing Dan vs a loose 4 person conversation. Imagine PMT bringing in a NFL expert to join the pod, it loses its causal conversation and jokes.
Dude has no personality. The interview at the open was awkward af.

I come to this to hear 80% four friends talking about their dicks and 20% golf. 80/20 in the other direction and I’m out. I feel like a lot of fans feel the same but I could be wrong.

I read the comments before watching it all, but the section from 1:30:00 to 1:35:00 ish was so bad.
Dan insulting the fans of the show but not in a funny way at all. Then insulting the guys for making content when playing golf – literally the point of the show.

Lil D talks a LOT
Very understandable that Lurch wants to keep the Axon gig as a full-time thing, and also equally understandable that the guys need a "full-time" 4th on the team. No one really presented themselves to make that move possible until Danny. They'd have been crazy to pass on Danny as he is an awesome addition to the squad. Tough decision had to be made, and I hope Lurch sticks around and will be involved in some capacity for sure. Such an awesome big guy to have around and like Trent, he's just a positive vibe all around. Best of luck to both Lurch and ForePlay moving forward.

I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of this episode. Love Daniel but he is a great guest. He is not right to b e a co host of fore play. Fore play is a podcast of regular guys that are regular golfers, that go off topic, have fun, and connect with their audience because we do the same. This is disappointing..

Rapport seems like an annoying jewish guy who will take this job too seriously! no one cares about getting useless info a day before it comes out. This podcast is about average shooting the shit about golf whiling shooting some videos. Has nothing about golfers legitimizing the podcast amongst “golf guys.” If anything go the John Daly rout and make everything about getting hammered on the course and gambling a shit ton. The answer is not to get a jewish guy who’ll argue revenue share with the original guys
Dan needed to zip it a bit more for his 1st pod. Bit cocky and faking it like he's been on the pod for years. He's an interesting cat but the key will be how he gets on with the other boys. I don't think Portnoy or Frankie liked Lurch all that much.

I work in the wind industry and @Lurch is a complete idiot. One large wind turbine can out produce an entire Solar Farm. We should talk so you don't say things like this, haha. Solar = good personal power solution at a home. Wind = the future of mass power.
The beginning of the end. Foreplay will still get viewership due to taylormade and sucking off Kisner, but they’re gonna lose half of the original fan base.

Lenny was not the problem. All the money from Portnoy, the cross branding, the access to top tour pros and in 3 years you couldn’t get more than 300k subscribers. You hope getting rid of Lenny and adding this guy is going to fix it? What do you think he’s bringing a huge audience with him? Where are they? How long do you think Penn Entertainment is going to continue to float this little experiment?
