  1. I’m one into the waste bunker, 12 shots thru the bunker till I catch it clean sail it over the green and finally get in after 15 lol

  2. What a putt to finish. Great perspective. Most players play for par as if they’re destined to make pars on every hole. When in reality this is a bogey hole for 90% of golfers. Play it on in 3 as stress free as possible and hope for the best case scenario ( a one putt ) but accept the worst ( a two putt ).

  3. I think it depends on your skill level, the 4i, lay up, wedge to green and then putt works for you. But for a 10+ handicap that 4i really isn't guaranteed to hit the fairway and the wedge isn't that likely to up and down. I do like the idea of take driver and if it goes into the bunker its not that big of a deal. It really should be a 5 at worst from there if the person can make any sort of contact from the bunker.

  4. I think from the forward tees 3wood or less would be better than the driver. I like the last option!! 👍 Cool of you to show the different options!!

  5. I have played it 3 Times in the past 2 months and I am convinced there is a Magnets in that Sand that runs down the Right Side. 🙂 By the way did you watch me play this hole?? Spot on with how people play this hole.

  6. Would hut hybrid 4 of box. Then 5 iron with a small chip if i came up short. Then putt

  7. I've played that hole around 20 times. Depending on how I hit my drive on 13, I will know what my tendency is. If I'm a little tired and getting a little lazy with my turn, I know my drive is going to fade and I will aim left of my target. That tree with the exposed trunk all the way up is the target. The waste bunker is there, but it gives you tons of roll and if you know how to play out of it isn't a big deal. So going left off of the tee is what you need to take out of play. No matter what, I'm trying to have my ball finish in the fairway somewhere between the tee and that tree. Then I will approach with a mid iron to the green.
If I fail from the tee and end up in the waste bunker, generally it bounces off of the railroad ties and ends up with a sand wedge to the green. It's a TIGHT lie though, so remember not to open the face to avoid as much bounce as you can. The margin for error is too low. Keep the face square or take a bit more loft and close it ever so slightly. Getting out of the waste bunker with that shot is crucial… If you're out you can still get up and down.
With every golf hole – The approach to the green is the most crucial. If it's a par 4 or above, your tee shot is only to place your approach shot. You should be finding which club you feel most accurate with on the driving range. So plan your tee shot to set up that club and attack pins and give yourself chances at birdies. If you fail with your tee shot, stop thinking birdie and hero mode. Go for par.

  8. I'd play 3 wood off the tee , with a mid to long iron for the approach shot . Hopefully on the green putting for birdie
