  1. love your mental game series. put it to good effect to win my club's summer matchplay this year! just kept making good swings and didn't loose a ball in 36 holes for a 1up win canning an 8ft slider on the last. Keep up the channel, best on YouTube!

  2. Hi! Thx for making these videos on the mental side of golf. I’m a decent golfer (about an 18), but I’m wildly inconsistent and I became convinced that it was all mental. I know that I know how to swing a golf club and hit the ball well, but I’ll have one day where I shoot an 82 and then shoot a 100 the next time. I’m convinced this is all because of my mental approach to the game. As soon as I saw your process vs outcome video, I knew that was me; always worried about trees, or water or this or that. My last round was all about focusing on the process and not thinking about the outcome one bit. No technical swing thoughts; nothing. I shot an 88 mostly because I couldn’t chip or putt for some reason. But my mental approach was so different, I felt at peace by truly committing to accepting the outcome of the shot. I believe that because I took that approach, I didn’t care about the result, only the process and because of that I hit a lot more good shots. I caught myself falling back to those feelings of worry, but quickly brought myself back. I suppose it takes practice to think like this all the time, like anything else. Thx again!
