   That's interesting, I teach a closed stance to wounded warriors who have amputations. They tend to have a hard time turning on the ball. And getting that left shoulder underneath their chins.

   Yeah this made no sense to a noob. 101 means basics. Using specialised terms in a 101 makes it fucking redundant and useless
