Christina – Yup, this is gold. Worked on this move this past week per your other video, "Butt print against the wall drill". Hit balls yesterday, distances were beyond anything I've ever seen. Just need to keep it slow for now to engrain this move, which is simple if you PRACTICE WITHOUT BALLS… just do the movement slowly to LEARN it. 🙃🤘

This is fascinating Coach – you are the first one I have seen who explains this in a way that breaks it down to its core. Training glute engagement is extremely difficult for most people; go out and find all the people whose pants are falling off because they have zero development in their glutes. For most, engagement of the glutes is a tremendous neurological challenge, especially at speed. That’s why the golf swing is so hard for almost all of us! Much easier to hit it wrong with upper body only. Thank you for your videos

Have not seen anyone other coaches talk about this except Christina and it works!! Both Nicklaus and Tiger have talked about this move. That is good enough for me.
Great Tip
I was taught that when you do the weight shift, think step drill, to the lead foot while bent turn the toes out then explode up. My glutes were sore the next day like a did squats. It helped me turn through the ball so good.
