Ok. I’ll say it again. PGA is woke and is lame because of it. But, I know liv money is good for the players I get it ! But why is it compelling for viewers ? That’s all that’s gonna matter . I’m sick of hearing how rich the players are gonna get. Ok great, but why are peeps gonna watch liv golf ? Exhibition ?

Not so sure Elk is objective about all this. I could point out contradictions and elements he is completely overlooking. There was even a slight dig to Rocket Mortgage where Diane's brother Russell Knox is playing. An excellent player we would all like to see Win again. With LIV the fans will lose and are already losing and the sport is utterly fractured for monetary gain. Sad and pathetic on multiple levels. Is Elk cool,with that?

"Shame on you for trying to double dip." is just one of the many quotes DP World Tour player Russell Knox (Diane's brother) has made against the LIV Tour and players. ELK, considering that you have said that these recent Secret Golf videos are an attempt to 'fairly report' on LIV maybe you should ask Diane directly about her brothers position against LIV.
On the 2021 PGA Tour money list, the 125th player made $925K. To be a card carrying member of the Tour you have to play in 15 PGA Tour events. These members will play in all kinds of non-PGA events like The Masters, US Open, PGA Championship , The Open, etc. The PGA Tour knows this and allows it and never went ballistic about playing these other events until the LIV Tour. Technically, the guys from the PGA Tour who played in the LIV events were still members in good standing. Phil Michelson was also awarded lifetime membership in the PGA Tour. If the PGA Tour doesn't get its head screwed on right, it could easily lose the top 30 players to LIV. The idea that these top golfers would somehow lose their competitive desire by playing 54 hole events 14 times a year, they still play for love of the game, personal pride in their skills and for HUGE prize money. It's like Pat Perez said, he thought he'd won the lottery. These guys are private contractors, if they don't make the cut they don't get paid. Now LIV comes along and says we wil make a contract with you to play in our tournaments. Isn't that what the NBA, MLB, NHL and Professional Soccer do? Right now LIV has 48 players on their roster which I think could get larger. Saudi money has been in professional golf for many years and will be for many more. I personally will watch the LIV events for the entertainment value and exceptional competition and the race for the big bucks.

The pga acted as judge jury and executioner when they took the Pga away from Bedminster. Therefore why should Trump give a f about hosting LIV.
